Sandeep has 25 years of professional experience, spread across Data Science, Technology, Shared Services and Entrepreneurship. His experience straddles Product Management, Digital transformations, large scale program management, Analytics & IT outsourcing, Client management and identifying IT- and Analytics-enabled innovations which scale. Sandeep is currently CEO of Data Science Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he successfully conceptualized, piloted, and scaled an AI-enabled SAAS product in the "Integrated Planning and Operations" Space. The product is finding widespread adoption in the SME community, across verticals. Prior to this he was Director, Global Innovations and Discovery (and Asia Lead) at Proctor & Gamble.
Sandeep is an IIT-Delhi and IIM-Bangalore alumnus. He is a mentor to various startups and has a deep passion for teaching and learning. He recently acquired a technical certification on the "Deep Learning Specialization Series" conducted by Andrew Ng, one of the foremost authorities in Deep Learning.
Alka has more than three decades of experience in technology. The majority of her experience has been spent at BARC as a Scientist. She is experienced in safety- critical systems, mission-critical systems and real-time systems. She has strong technical credentials with hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-nodal distributed systems for control, data processing and data visualization. She has driven complete system and software development life cycle for numerous projects. She has also been an Advisor to Tata Power for their Strategic Engineering division.
