Neelakshi comes with a rich experience of over two decades in the areas of Human Resource Development and Learning and development, both within India and internationally. Her last corporate role was as Head of HR for Aegis.
Having worked across diverse service-related industries, and manpower intensive organizations, there is a distinct adeptness in dealing with issues in all areas of Human Resource and Leadership Development. She has specialized in the areas of Diversity engagements, cross cultural alignments, compliance and labor laws and employee life cycle management.
As a senior facilitator, she has developed her own niche towards developing and nurturing talent within organizations to help them realize their full potential. With this as the focus of her interventions, she has continued to deliver programs across industries and organizations in areas of Leadership development, Mapping and building competencies, step up programs for young leaders involved in a role transition, IDP’s for middle and senior level managers, to name a few.
