I don’t have any technical experience. Can I still use Talgro?
Talgro is intuitive to use Anytime, Anywhere, and on Any device like any other web-based platform.
Can I change my plan midway? What if I want to upgrade my MAU (Licenses)?
Plans are charged on an annual basis, depending on the number of licenses and will be valid for the entire period. However, client can choose to upgrade their plan mid-way, if headcount increases exponentially. Clients could exercise minimum overage costs, in case required number of licenses is more than expected/planned.
I see a better plan on your site which wasn’t available when I bought Talgro? Can my current plan be upgraded to that?

I need to get the pricing approved within my organization. How do I do this?
Talgro will issue a proforma invoice with all relevant details required for processing payments. Clients follow their internal budget approval policy to facilitate the deployment.
How can I set up Talgro within my organization? Is there a process to it?
Talgro will provide login and password to access system; using Talgro is an intuitive experience.
How much time will it take to set up Talgro?
Talgro set up for an organization with no previous system will be completed in 24 hours. User can start accessing it immediately.
What are the software and hardware requirements of Talgro?
Talgro can be accessed with any regular web browser – Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or others, on any device – Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.
What kind of support will I get?
Talgro will provide 15x5 support in the first 3 months, after which the support will be 12x5. Users can log their issues during offline hours. The maximum TAT for issue resolution in both cases will be 48 working hours.
Can Talgro be used on a mobile?
Talgro can be accessed with any regular web browser – Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or others, on any device – Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.
What about updates and upgrades? Are they automatic?
As a SaaS platform, Talgro automatically prompts for updates and upgrades as and when it occurs. The user will have to enable the update, the way any software update is upgraded.
Do participants/learners get lifetime access to a course that they have enrolled in?
Talgro recommends a start and end time for courses to be active. Clients can choose to keep a course open if the material is relevant or as per their internal record retention policy.
Can Talgro get integrated with the HRMS of my organization?
Talgro is designed to integrate with most HRMS available in the market. The integration timeline and effort will depend on the complexity of API integration between systems.
How do I know that the learnings of the courses are being effectively applied within the organization?
Learning administrators in partnership with the learner’s manager can enable the Action Plan (AP) module for ensuring application of learnings. The APs track, monitor and display progress timelines, qualitative and quantitative data by learners, coaches/managers with approval of demonstrated application. Talgro’s Action Planning module is designed to engage managers in the learner’s development.
How do I keep a track of the learning curve of the individual?
Talgro analytics ensures every learner’s progress is tracked, monitored and displayed. Advance analytics enable managers and learning administrators to understand learner performance, strengths, gaps, engagement score, progress on action plans, interests among others. Notifications displayed will assist in correction action real time.
Is a self-paced program enrolled by a learner, considered a license?
Yes. Number of licenses used per month is calculated on number of users who logged into Talgro either for self-paced, self-enrolled, prescribed courses, action plans and any other reason.
What about my historical data? Will the data of my organizations previously conducted courses and participant/learner information be lost?
Historical data will be transferred from an existing Learning Management System to Talgro as part of integration. Once migrated, they will reside in Talgro, until the client’s record retention policy. Data storage is on cloud, hence can be accessed anytime, anywhere, on any device.
